Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns (All Customers) We want you to love your Imani Apparel purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@imaniapparel.com within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including the original standard shipping cost paid.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact hello@imaniapparel.com to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at hello@imaniapparel.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
